As an IT project manager at Nuviax, you are the link between requirements and a working solution. You plan, manage and hand over projects - from migrations and system changes to cloud rollouts - for our clients and for ourselves.

Your responsibilities
What awaits you
- IT projects Plan and manage them from requirements analysis to handover - including migrations, system changes and cloud rollouts.
- Microsoft 365 environments Administer and optimise these for internal and external clients.
- Network administration and security You know the attack vectors and how to counter them.
- Open-source environments Use these productively: Docker, container deployments, LibreOffice.
- AI tools Evaluate and implement them in day-to-day IT operations.
- ERP systems Work with systems such as Xentral, Odoo or Salesforce.
- Direct client contact Communicate as equals: reliably, solution-focused and without detours.
- 4-7 years of experience In IT projects, system administration or a comparable role with genuine responsibility.
- Microsoft 365 In-depth knowledge of modern cloud environments.
- Networks, IT architectures and cybersecurity A solid understanding - you think in systems, not isolated problems.
- Curiosity about AI tools And their practical use in a business context.
- Entrepreneurial thinking You do not wait for instructions; you recognise what is needed and take action.
- German and Italian For our market, and English for the rest.
- Independence and sound judgement A university degree is optional. What matters is the drive to build something.

Structure IT projects, track schedules and budgets, coordinate tasks and keep progress transparent.

Microsoft 365 and cloud administration
Manage or coordinate M365 environments, users, permissions, Teams, SharePoint and cloud-based setups.

IT infrastructure
Coordinate rollouts, migrations, networks, hardware and systems with internal specialists and clients.

Documentation and quality
Clearly record project status, decisions, technical handovers and client documentation.

Client communication
Gather requirements, manage expectations and liaise between clients, technology teams and management.
Profile
Profile and working style
Technical understanding, clear communication and a structured, independent way of working are what count in this role.
- Experience in IT project management, cloud environments or Microsoft 365 administration.
- A structured, independent working style and an enthusiasm for bringing order to complex projects.
- Technical understanding of infrastructure, workplace, security and modern business software.
- Strong communication skills when working with clients, the team and external partners.
- Very good German; Italian or English is an advantage.
