Under Article 4 of the KI-VO, all employees who introduce, operate, use or evaluate KI systems must receive training. Without sufficient literacy, companies face IT risks, IP infringements, data protection violations and personal liability for management.

The EU-KI Regulation has required training under Art. 4 since February 2025. Insufficient KI literacy leads to IT security gaps, data protection violations and liability risks that may also affect management personally.
Once the contract is signed, you receive immediate access to the browser-based learning management system, available 24/7 with no software installation. You manage your users’ email addresses directly through the content management system.
The minimum term is 3 months, with automatic renewal. You may cancel at any time up to 30 days before the end of the contract. Custom terms are available on request.
